Glenn Franklin
Business Recovery & Insolvency
Glenn has over 16 years experience in accounting specialising in corporate insolvency. This experience has been gained through providing assistance and advice for all types of formal and informal insolvency appointments including corporate reconstructions and deeds of company arrangement, voluntary administrations, voluntary and court liquidations and bankruptcy matters.
In his role Glenn has undertaken investigations into insolvent trading, unfair preference payments and uncommercial loans and has prepared specialist reports for various stakeholders including major banks and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
Glenn has developed specific experience in a variety of industries.
