Norman is a senior partner of the firm, practising in the Business Advisory division. He commenced his career at Hungerfords before joining the predecessor firm to Lawler Draper Dillon in 1979.

With over 30 years of providing advice, Norman has enormous breadth of experience in a wide range of industries, acting as a sounding board to business owners, professionals and individuals. He has particular expertise in assisting strategic decision making, effective structuring, taxation advice and mediation. Norman is also a very experienced auditor with a number of current audit clients.

Norman has been a driving force behind the growth of Lawler Draper Dillon, understanding the importance of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with his client’s principals and key decision makers.
