Petr has worked in insolvency and business turnaround since 1984.  During that time Petr has been involved in corporate and individual insolvency areas including Receiverships, Court and Voluntary Liquidations, Voluntary Administrations, Part X and Bankruptcy, as well as informal workouts and advisory where formal appointments were not appropriate.

As part of his role, Petr has carried out investigations into insolvent trading, undue preference recoveries, uncommercial loans, oppression and fraudulent or improper accounting and prepared numerous expert reports.  He has been a witness in court in relation to these investigations and reports and has developed expertise in preparing business valuations and economic loss assessments primarily for litigation and dispute resolutions and forensic investigations.

In a career exceeding 25 years in advising business operators, managing companies, insolvency, forensic accounting and business valuation, Petr has experience in a wide range of industries.
