Steven is a Director in our Business Advisory division, has extensive experience in a variety of service lines within the accounting profession developed over his 10+ years in the industry.

Steven has a diverse skill set having worked in the accounting, taxation and business advisory fields as well as insolvency and corporate finance.  He has developed particular expertise in the corporate finance field with a specific interest in advisory and review engagements.

Steven’s experience in the corporate finance area includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on divestments or business sales, as well as due diligence, capital raising and valuation services.

The above engagements have provided Steven with extensive experience in a number of industries including retail, medical, pharmacy, construction, professional and financial services, engineering and franchising.

Steven has developed his advisory skills to facilitate the provision of a results based solution approach to servicing the firms’ clients.  Whether a project relates to the corporate finance or accounting and taxation consulting field, Steven is aware of the importance of providing a value added solution and is committed to offering expert and professional service.
